@S30Z: Get your facts right, you never ordered an RDP, you ordered a VPS, which is significantly different.
@Jokky: There's a delay because of the recent issues, we are giving priority to the other users that are waiting for there account to be recovered. Please keep in mind that you will receive a full month and not 29 days.
