I was been on the server 46.182.123.64 it had went down more than 15days ago and i didnt receive any abt the server came up.Poor support from the team.Created several tickets but didnt get a proper reply try to respond atleast here.

1. The softwares should be installed by myself, or where I can tell you the softwares I want like firefox, mipony, filezilla, winrar somethings like that.

2. If I buy it tomorrow, how long should I get the infomations to log in? (Just wondering to know, because other guys seems to wait for a long time. More than 2-3 days. )

I want my money back, I sent PM to activation, we used the support tickets, I post here to turn left, it seems that after almost two weeks suppliant is still not activated my account, no reply received. I look back refund. Support is 0, never find anyone, get answers after a few days. Activating an account lasts forever
