At what time does the support come online? It says 24 hours, but no-one is available? Not sure if I should wait, or come back another time. lol.

btw can i have 7zip.exe and movie thumbnailer installed in my RDP?
btw sorry for asking too much since it was my first time using RDP and i'm not from IT background

The 247 is about our ticket support.

Semiclip, you can never ask too much. I replied to your ticket. 7zip can be installed. You can change your pass in the control panel and do not worry about the ip s that wont be a problem.

@azimath92: This is an RDP not a VPS. No need for Rapidleech, you can download directly.

I got all your request, you can see that they are now marked as in progress. It's hard to keep up with the load of demo's that are being requested. But you will get yours.

I see that premium account for hotfile and mega has been added to IDM
but i didn't see hotfile, i ordered 3 account Hotfile,fileserve and mega, right?

The problem is i still couldn't download it pararrel, must wait 600 seconds beetwen download, just as free user.

When i put the link in IDM, could only download the html file, so i put the adrees in mozilla use download as free user, the i copy the direct link, put into IDM, then it works but couldn't download file in pararrel like premium user can

i see ne programs added, but that not I was requested befor, 7zip, movie thumbnailer and media player classic is not there, or do u still work on it?

Semiclip, we are working on that for sure, do not worry it will be fixed. We are setting up a server in the us to serve as a proxy for hotfile downloading.

Babyltv, unfortunately we dont have any vps plans yet.
