I was one of the first to ask for a refund and I have not received any refund till now.

The only solution I see is contact some admin to see if he can do something about this thread.
 
Guys, you really pushing it too far firstly, gta go advertise somewhere else, you are in the same dc and you will have the same issues, and secondly, the 24 hours guarantee only applies to newly registered accounts.

WTH are you telling about? When did I advertise my RDP sales in ur thread...You actually don't know what u r talking about..U said 32GB RAM n gave only 8GB RAM...This is the first mistake you did...You have cheated them...

Dude...I am in same DC but how do you know I will get the problem...As ur server is not same as mine...

This is a mistake made by the same hosting provider that you are using, I paid for 32 GB, I just didn't received it yet. So yes, you will have the same issues

Just cause they made a mistake on your server doesn't mean they make mistakes on all servers :/
Or are you trying to tell me leaseweb messed up ram orders on 5000+ servers?
 
Nah, it is just that CuteFTP supports multi-threaded transfers, while FileZilla does not. That's why CuteFTP transfers a single file faster than FileZilla does - just upload more files with FileZilla at once.

But I do agree with you - the speeds are slow, EVEN taking into consideration the fact that the server is in NL. For a 1gbps symmetrical dedicated line, it should be performing far better, even with multiple users on the server. The upload is more like 200mbps, not 1gbps. Even with hosts within Europe or even the NL, it is not giving more than 200mbps, which leads me to believe that even though the trunk may be 1gbps, it may be split between 4-5 servers (not NaHoW's fault, this is the datacenter/host providers fault - but NaHoW should find out and state it in his post).

They don't make a mistake like that (accidentally sharing a 1000mbit line?). Perhaps NaHoW ordered a 250mbit unmetered line, not 1000mbit. (not trying to accuse you of anything, don't get me wrong :p)

You are answerable to them at least not to me.

Go ahead and say GET OUT to all of them , DO NOT REFUND ANYTHING TO ANYONE.

I'm still waiting for my refund. My RDP account with your server is still active - that's completely and utterly unacceptable. I requested cancellation through your ticket system. What is not clear to you? BTW in my customer account section I'm able to see account details of somebody else, so you messed up even this.
Please immediately cancel my RDP account with your server. Please return my money back according your own policy.

You made a big mistake by buying highend Dedi not from leaseweb....But not me..I am a reseller if LeaseWeb..I will buy servers from them and I will never ever have the same problem you are facing now...You are such a nobs..
