waldo 10 minutes is an over estimation its more like 2 minutes including signup.

@ zillas don't use blogspot as your blog provider because they will delete your blog if they see warez on it. I would buy some hosting and then use a blog script or forum like ipb,vbulletin,phpbb and the list goes on.
