Rar/Unrar Not Working

Hi Guys,

i have rapidleech server where HF pluggin working like rocket but i have one problem, rar/unrar isnt working please could any one guide me how to fix this issue?

32 bit OS

cd /tmp
wget http://www.rarlab.com/rar/rarlinux-3.8.0.tar.gz
tar -zxvf rarlinux-3.8.0.tar.gz
cd rar
./unrar
cp rar unrar /bin

then

service httpd restart

If you uploaded using filezilla, reupload the rar files only this time change the upload method to binary

All good solutions, however mostly USELESS!

And still none of you mention that he needs to chmod all files in /rar/ folder to 755 to make it work...

you don't install rar for rapidleech......

you just upload the licenses
then chmod them to 755 and if you have problems try 777 works sometimes (for some wierd reson even though its the same server permissions just guest can write)
if its giving you an error code post it
