I still get this error too, even though i set it to bypass mp4 files. After the video has been encoded, it will load & play.

Added after 27 minutes:
I started getting the custom thumbnail & loading media after RapidVideo set the multi folders & thumbnails in the player. Before that i experienced no errors. Mp4 files will play instantly while waiting for it to be encoded. My mp4 files are normal, down-to-earth, nothing fancy. Latest movie which i got the "Error loading media - File could not be played" is this..here, the whole media info.. & this time i didn't mux subtitle into the mp4 file.
