You can enable "Streaming MP4 files directly from source until all encodings is done" ... it is the same effect, but it work only for mp4 files.

Added after 44 minutes:
Just wondering if views are also counted for embed's and AdBlock users?
Tested out 1 view from UK ip with no AdBlock on a 28 minute video and it shows that earnings for that tier would be $1.00 per 10k views...?

[FONT=&]I noticed when viewing some videos that certain files are coming without any audio just passes the video only ,with no Audio, you might want to check this problem or do I have to check all the videos?
I use ftp to upload the files.

Yup, earnings are now 1$ = 10.000 views or 1$ = 10.000 points

Ah okay, might be worth mentioning that on the initial post if there is a way to edit it just so people don't misunderstand it.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone else is having this problem, the web uploader when you select multiple files will upload the initial 6, and then freeze. I tested this again and waited until all the encoding was finished on the first 6 just incase that was what was causing it and it still stays frozen. Could be something for you to look into? Apart from that problem, the upload is very good.)

It is due to too many entires in the database, so it freezes a bit after upload and the code is still in optimization.
By the way, there is no limits on views. Anyone can generate much views.
The popup ads load is reduced to once per 24h for all users. We don't want annoying ads while browsing the site. We test it for 3 days.
Since the ad networks is paying us very less and less over the last 6 months, we decided to set the rates fixed to 1$ per 10.000 views and in exchange for it, you get the option to generate premium gift voucers code so you can resell it and reducing the ads loads, so the users won't get annoyed by ads. The other reason is that the users uploads a lot of videos, sometimes without any reason and thus forces us to get more and more encoding servers, thus increasing the overall server cost. In short, financing the servers, encodings and users became very hard now, you can see other hosts doesn't pay the payouts suddenly too.
Also removed the landing page with fake play button, improved user experience. The earning system will converted to points system with new features soon. (1$ = 10.000 points, or 1 month premium account = 10.000 points)
