I think they are high-volume upload and servers are not supporting this, is more than 27 thousand subscribers, I think the servers are not supporting so many volumes!

Sorry, many people flooding the servers with their uploads. Fixed again, but its too "heat" atm.

Now the videos of premium users will get encoded first, then the normal users videos. Just activated.

ok, now remote upload and subtitles are not working for new video, encoding for premium 1st, what should I do now ?

object informations and subtitles infos are cached every 30 minutes once, please check in 30 minutes your link again.

remote upload seems working for me.
 
It seems the encodings and service is restored and good functioning. However hardcore-users with 1000 vids per day for example, the encoding is always behind, but its not a issue, since the normal users with 1-50 vids per day get encoded fast.

Maybe you can put at high priority for premium user only even he is hardcore uploader?

If one premium user uploads too much, then he lose the high-pirority encoding feature for sure. Im talking about for example over 500 vids per day and then doesn't generate views.

Our service is still small yet and doesn't have much servers at the moment. Besides that, users want earn to money, but we need the money for the encoding servers at the moment.

I enjoyed the Player and service but the CPM for Brazil and too low.

I see no benefit to changing the openload for him. I have more than 1 million views per month.
