hello

i have take one vps from rapidspeeds yesterday...

now after about 26 hr i not have detail

i have do a ticket and they have say "you ll have detail shortly"

mmm after 12-13hr not news

now i read in a thread that there is ppl that pay 20 days ago and not have the server....

an answer

rapidspeeds .... scam ???

I recommend you being very patience as you just order yesterday as far as I know most providers give the maximum setup time of 24 hours or 48 hours depending on how many orders they've to process. There are some providers who setup vps servers manual through there system as far as rapidspeeds being a scam they're not a scam I've never used any of there services before but I've seen nothing but great feedback about there services from there clients.

Howevery I do recommend you sending a PM over to Darren make sure you include your ticket number regarding the issue you're having.

noe its about 44 hour and i not have vps or an info

yesterday i send a ticket and they sat "will have detail shortly"
today i send a ticket : no response

then i say some thread talking about this problem with someone had pay 20 days ago , someone with server offline +48 hour and someone that have the server cancelled ...

someone ask refound without responce...

then....

Yea I'm in a similar boat as you, Its been a full week since I ordered a dedicated server from them, kept getting incorrect details, they screwed up twice already, initially and their attempt to correct it.
Now I'm still left with all these incorrect server details, server isn't even up, KVM logins don't work, it's starting to become a joke.
Ticket ID 444182, if anyone there cares to double check the details you provide me before you add them to my account it would be a big plus.
 
Well, yes, it's just the fact the agents have had to be trained to deal with our systems and we have not let them into a live enviroment yet; not until they are upto RapidSpeeds standards.. As you may have noticed, Live Chat is now available for large parts of the day and night again, and this will only increase over time.



Hi Anurag.. As long as you had not put in a cancellation request and pay for the server before or the day it's due, you would never lose the server - don't worry :)



Well, in about 24hours we won't have any servers left :d

RapidSpeeds is going to become an exclusive club for a month or so
, until our new offices are open, new and existing staff are multi-skilled agents, and most importantly until we finish the world's first fully automated Xen HVM instant deployment servers (just like our OpenVZ ones)... We also have a few things/updates to add to our unique customer manager panel.

All I can say is thank you to every single person past and present who has been involved with RapidSpeeds and everyone in this community for the reviews/comments; you have helped us completely sell out of stock which is something we never planned to happen until 2012.

We will keep everyone posted with updates as and when possible... and once again, Thank You to our loyal little community.

If that is the case then if they don't have my server in stock then they should have the knowledge to tell me so and not lead me on this wild goose chase with my money in their hand.
They should do a stop-sell on all servers as well if the above exclusivity post is true. They're wasting mine and others time.

if they have problem they cant take money and take time...

but the problem is that the server, who have one, have problem with downtime of 24-48hr, problem with ram and ssh

....

In case you didn't know, RapidSpeeds is a virtual company, i.e. they don't exist in real life, so I definitely wouldn't provide them any documents if I were you.

P.S. They do have a UK registration number, but pretty much everyone can register a virtual company. Knowin Servers worked under the same cover as well.

Don't make a dispute ... it won't help. Disputes are only accepted by Paypal for material goods, not for immaterial purchases.

You can open a dispute, but when the seller escalates it, Paypal tells you it's for an immaterial purchases and sent you packing.
