Yes on my personal server i usually see stranded upload rates of any where from 20 - 40MB/s some times more but this is totally depend on the day and time. I have however been really proud of the speeds we been producing every day has just been just as fast as the next with only a day here or there where speeds are so so but that is almost always due to the file host changing something and not our network.
