no just means you cry to much if you dont like them dont host but there is no need to degrade them because what happens to you this is not the norm and dosnt happen to every one most people have a great experience i have hosted with them many times and never had a issue so i would say yes give them a try and i t may take a bit to get your server but when you do it will be worth it. Also these are un managed servers if you dont know what ur doing you shouldnt get them find a company that will hold ur hand and charge you out the ass
 
@Post4Host , Rapidspeeds is not final word for unmetered B/W. There are many others who offer unmetered and 100TB B/W. 90-95% of users wont need more than 100TB.
Some users got better luck with Rapidspeeds and others not.

@vgn; Yes, but the best bw is the one from evoswitch, the peering is amazing.
Point almost none of the happy people will post here only the noobs that want to get attention. I know that rapidspeeds sometimes has support problems, but they are working very hard on that. I noticed 4 new people on the support lately. I also noticed that they give priority to the ones that are polite and patient. I will never agree with the noobs in this thread who are crying about fraud while they dont even know what it means.

First off i have been polite ive been working with scott for the past 7 days so f off. im just voicing my experience that way the original poster could help out since he is advertising for them. Like vgnheart said the experience is not always the same for everyone and still I am somewhat polite and patient with them but you can only be patient for so much of them not answering a support ticket and giving you the run around.
 
I dont care about my nose. I like them cause I never had to wait and because their service is very good for me.
As said 3 times above here, if you dont like it, dont QQ like a baby, go to Leaseweb and pay 1000 euros for a server with the same specs.

And, if you are only using their support because you dont know how to handle a dedi server yourself you shouldnt cry either. Their service is unmanaged which actually means they dont even have to reply when you messed up a server.
 
Lol ok i know what im doing but its hard to do anything when all my passwords they sent where wrong and i didnt get the server till 6 days later thats why i was using there support even till now on the 7th day i cant even get SSH access no crying just giving my experience like i said that way others can see some people do get good service others dont regardless of them being managed or unmanaged it is a company that should reply and answer questions to all customers whether they are little B1tches like you or a person that just wants a server to learn or one that has lots of experience

i have a 32tb 1gbs server from 3 years ago in leaseweb

i have use ovh, direckt, fdc years and years ago...but...ok you are the pro

i take some server from rapidspeeds..-..1-2 go well

the other sucks

the last : try to reinstall so and wait 4-5 hours....omg 4-5 hour for install linux lol lol

i think it's not hard from control panel install a s.o.

Lol, uhm no offense but I bought a Q-X2000 2 days ago and I received the working login details 5 minutes later.

So yeah it's pretty hard to understand (and not only because of your impossible-to-understand-English)

Stop crying please. Get 18+ and get pro.7

And yeah I've used Leaseweb.
Their IP range is banned by half of the filehost (ex. HotFile) they suck about abuse all the time.
 
if a company is good must work without problem with 99% of the client...

and try to resolve problem to the other 1%

i think rapidspeeds have problem with 30-40 of the costumer...and the time of setup new order is not good for 80-90% of the client

i know in this 3-4-5 days they resolve some problem...but is not much...

We try to constantly have Instant Deployment Dedicated Servers available for those who need them (but we get so many orders a day it's hard to keep them available).

This applies to our Dedicated Servers, but our OpenVZ servers and our Xen HVM Semi-Dedicated servers will always be instantly deployed.

Later on we will be re-launching KnowinServers and it will only offer instant setup servers as standard.

At this moment in time, I can guarantee every single customers setup time is <24hrs or less, or message me here and I will personally give you 50% off your first month, that's how confident I am in our setup times.

I don't know what some of these people are on about except trying to slate us. If your SSH password didn't work, why didn't you reboot your server into Rescue Mode, mount your disk and change your password? As these servers are all setup by PXE and done automatically, so passwords being incorrect is not something we hear often... but if that was the case, you would be fully compensated, we didn't get as big as we are today by ripping customers off or having personal vendetta's against the people who pay our wages.

I have to add, one of the biggest reason peoples passwords don't work? They copy and paste and there is a spacebar at the end of the password... you have no idea how many times I have heard that one.

As for the people who want to talk trash about us but have no evidence what-so-ever to back it up (ie. ciaociao4 and his English Degree), keep it coming please, because you know what they say, any advertisement is good advertisement - we know the acquisitions were a hassle for our customers and we deeply apologise for that, but we are back to what we were before we took those two companies over, and thats one of the best hosts out there for value for money.

Rapidspeeds is a gr8 host and Darren is a great and polite person to talk to. I have talked to him earlier as I was having some problem and he replied immediately and asked me to create a support ticket and the ticket was answered in just 20 mins. And the merge with the 2 gr8 hosting companies is not an easy task. But even after this Rapidspeeds managed their clients well which I am sure other host would have failed to manage.

Rapidspeeds is the greatest hosting company and the best.
 
@ciaociao4: Read the post above here. Seems like it's 2v1 right now. Now go get a life kid. I have many other posts on here. RapidSpeeds helped me out in the past, they did things for me that I won't forget.

About the high risk transaction, RapidSpeeds is not 100% right, they're 200% right. You buy a server and you use paypal and you are in forum things, but your English is even worst than the English of my granny? Strange story bro. Also, in all your claims I did not see a single proof yet. I, however, already posted proof of Darren replying to my tickets within 5 minutes.
 
i have yet to have any issues with rapidspeeds and i have been hosting with them on and off for a while only reason i have ever left them was due to the fact i could not afford it any more i have hosted in many places and they continue to have the best speeds on the net
