They actually have very fast support, just not now.
Everything was great before they took over some other hosts.
I'm afraid there isn't enough staff, or they can't follow with orders.
Well, yes, it's just the fact the agents have had to be trained to deal with our systems and we have not let them into a live enviroment yet; not until they are upto RapidSpeeds standards.. As you may have noticed, Live Chat is now available for large parts of the day and night again, and this will only increase over time.

Hi Anurag.. As long as you had not put in a cancellation request and pay for the server before or the day it's due, you would never lose the server - don't worry
well, I guess its not time yet to order a new machine then...
Well, in about 24hours we won't have any servers left :D
RapidSpeeds is going to become an exclusive club for a month or so, until our new offices are open, new and existing staff are multi-skilled agents, and most importantly until we finish the world's first fully automated Xen HVM instant deployment servers (just like our OpenVZ ones)... We also have a few things/updates to add to our unique customer manager panel.
All I can say is thank you to every single person past and present who has been involved with RapidSpeeds and everyone in this community for the reviews/comments; you have helped us completely sell out of stock which is something we never planned to happen until 2012.
We will keep everyone posted with updates as and when possible... and once again, Thank You to our loyal little community.
