Just wanted to say that this is the best company I've been with so far.
I had a hardware failure last night, the hardware was replaced within an hour in the middle of the night :O

We can offer you a choice from 2 different IPv4 blocks, and as many random ipv6 as you like. It's £1.50 per IPv4, free for Ipv6.
Most seller like 100TB sells them in a set of 4 or 5 (in ranges). So i assume rapidspeeds is selling them EACH?
also is the instant setup really instant?

Yes, Post4Host is correct again. We sell single IPs (up to 20 per dedicated server within reason).
Of course, when we say Instant we mean it
The IPs I bought always per IP.
But if you order like 10 a time they will be in a following order.
If theres a blue watch next to the server you want to order it is truely instant.

We receive a lot of orders a day, and we have to weigh up which option is best - answer the email of a question that is already on our website in black and white, or process a new order... we'll eventually get to the sales e-mails, but as soon as new orders die down.
Me too. I emailed them, and even sent a support ticket yesterday but no one replied to me. Guess they're not interested in doing business lol
Customer Service = Fail
You don't need to fib, support tickets are always answered (and 98% of the time within 4hours), which is amazing in my eyes for having no SLA.
Can you please show me a screenshot of this supposed ticket lying open then?
I host VPSes on them so I dont have and website or so really, but Illbpost some sreens about the amazing speeds soon.
I do not agree with what you guys say, I always get a reply within 2 hours. Lately they even replaced a hardware part at 3 oclock saturday night.
Don not email them, they probably wont notice make sure you create a ticket.
Now I rest my case, Ive been with many and Rapidspeeds is far the best and the and the cheapest.
Post4Host, thank you very much - but this topic is packed full of screenshots and positive reviews that any customer only needs to look at a few random pages to see (as I know it's quite a big topic and no one would look at them all)... although, the more positive remarks/screenshots the merrier
