Hotfile ofcourse, what do you earn from Rapidshare now ? Nothing..
Got to say though RS has got alot better speeds
Alot of the uploaders will also agree with me.

RapidShare for sure. I do not upload so the only thing I look for in a host is good downloading speeds. I use Megaupload also as it is one of my favorites.

I prefer rapidshare for downloading
and hotfile for uploading and getting payed for downloads

You may earn some $$ with hotfile as compare to RS (nothing)
hotfile too much fast in uploading and downloading as compare to RS.

I earn money from hotfile,but I voted for Rapidshare because it is,was and will be always better than hotfile-download and upload speed(although you don't earn from it).
