Rapidshare Traffic

Hello guyz i need some help ... im not able to download from my rs premium account :S ... how can i use the traffic share ?? as u can see in the pic ..

when ever i click on 54gb(in Blue) it shows me a msg that it will automatically used if it is required .. but i cant download files from my account :S ?? 2days passed ...
