Did you try moving all your files to a different account? then request a payout?

I'm weary in whether I should request a payout... I don't like uploading to rapidshare + hotfile so I can earn tiny bits of money on hotfile

Is it true if you make premium accounts from points your less likely to receive your payout and if you don't your more likely ?
