Hello I want to buyone acc, but first I need to test your RL, I must know what are upload and download speeds from filserve. Can you provide me demo acc ?

This is such a bad service...
Speed is so bad... LIke you can see up on image. Upload speed is fastest from my house where i have 192 kbps.
Plus they don't give test service, like i ask previusly, so i must buy, and then i found service i so bad... And of course.. They not back money.. LIke all cheat company...

A customer is still initially to refund after 15 days no matter what's in your Terms Of Services. Actually without refunding someone is bad practice as a webhosting provider you might want to add a refund policy to your Terms Of Services as it's just going to cause a bad reputation on your company.
After searching around looks like you've just added your Terms Of Services page to your website. If that Tos page wasn't there when user signed up you owe him a refund as requested. If it was there when you opened up your signups for rapidleech it would've been cached by google search engine. If it was there when user signed up before the edit date that's listed on your terms of services you still owe him a refund.
This is a tricky one. I don't have a law degree but I think their are ways around not giving a refund depending on countries. Something like I don't like the service doesn't work. You have to have a truly valid reason. eg it doesn't upload at all. Having slow speeds isn't exactly an automatic entitlement to a refund.
That line isn't exactly correct. It has to be along the lines of it is "Company's Name policy not to issue refunds when the service has being provided as advertised."
Something like that so if their is a genuine script problem or downtime you get a refund while if you just don't like the guy you can't get a refund.

Yes but low speed isn't reason? You allow here to people buy account from him and than like me have low speed? If he cant provide what he say in first post, why you allow him to still selling account here? Tommorow i will create more screenshot of speed we gat from this guy...
And think why he don't allow test accounts. Becouse people will find he have hbad server, and no one will buy from him. If speed is 100MB/s why i cant download with more speed then 200kbps... At same time I test robert and dr.love server and recive speed over 10000 kbps. you must agree that this difference is more than 50 time...
I create at ticket at paypal, and they will invetigate whole case... So we will see in future what will hapen whit this scam host. If he can't provide me what he said, he must refund money, not hide behing his tos, where he can write whatever he want. This si such scam, and I suggest for all people to forgot about this host, becouse thay whant get what them pay for, and also can forget about them money....

Well you see speed is hard to prove. One or two people may experience poor speed while others have good speed. Therefore you can't really close a topic or claim someone is a scammer etc. The other thing about speed is it's not entirely in the control of the Rapidleech Hosting Provider. The speed also depends on what Rapidshare Server your connecting to.
As far as I'm aware you can decide or change which Rapidshare server you connect to in your settings if you experience poor speed so to a certain degree your in control of your own speed. Therefore someone could theoretically connect to a knows slow and overloaded Rapidshare server and try and claim a refund.
The reason people provide test accounts is to check the speed. Most people do but this guy isn't anymore which is his perfect choice. He did earlier but probably got sick of everyone requesting them.
It's like buying a car from an auction. Yes it will be a lot cheaper but you haven't had a test drive. You could end up with a car that has a whole in the exhaust or some other technical problem which reduces it's speed or you may find it rolls to the left due to a misaligned wheel. If you go to a car garage where you can get a test drive you will know exactly what the car is like to drive but you will end up paying more.
In conclusion I would suggest all people to always request a test account to check the speed. If you find it poor pay more money and find someone else.
In my mind their is technically and legally nothing wrong with this topic as some people have received demos and most have reported good speeds.
If I bay car on auction on first look I will find evry damage car have... I need to look car and I will know everithing about car... On auction you can also look for car, before every auction you have time to look car, and for many car you will get guaranty... I buy car on auction and know... I work with car, over 15 years... since I was kid..
So I say that my speed is ofull and i can sugest people to buy from other people not from this one... And also I can said that one reason for this is thatg he not guaranty moneyback...

Few points. I said you can't drive a car before an auction which you can't in most cases and you don't get a warranty from most auctions.
On topic.
Your have every right to suggest to other to buy from another host however your point about your Rapidleech being fast on one while slow on this isn't correct.
It's not in your Rapidshare Account settings where you can select the server you connect to it's in Rapidleech Settings so saying you got fast connection on a different host doesn't matter.
I'm not saying this is the problem I'm just saying it's a possibility.
Anyway this has gone on long enough. As far as I'm concerned their nothing wrong so the topic is staying open but by all means file a dispute if you wish. If their's reports by others with poor speeds we'll reconsider.
From now on can we please stay on topic and only have relevant sales replies.
