i used to use these guys when i was still uploading.. i would submit a ticket and not get a responce sometimes over a week,last time i remember while using them i had submitted a ticket,and 9 days later there was still no responce,so i then put in a dispute,as teh VPS i had bought hadnt worked from day 1 (reason behind the ticket i submitted) he then replied to the dispute telling me only that it was against teh TOS of RLH .... when the servers are working the speeds are good,but if you are looking for a host that supplys decent support i would have to say after my experience to look elsewhere

iMAGE , Sorry for The Inconvenience You faced, Vikas is much Busy with the maintenance of servers for giving BEST service , so it may be possible that he cant able to check the tickets in time.

Now if U face problem any time , Please do Make a Ticket and you will get a satisfactory Reply in 2-3 hrs time

i think you should check the Ticket status Then Reply, It is replied already and Your issue will be resolved in next 10-12 hrs.

we are now a total of three in the RLH team so support will improve a lot.

my cpanel is down, i have submitted a ticket but no answer ...

retry now, this issue has been fixed permanently, :)
 
Until now, I can't complain about their support and after several RL accounts on various hosts, their service is the most reliable I have found so far.
 
I vouch for rlh. Those days vikas was busy so might haven't answered. The staff is really helpfull. I've used rapidleech here and got really fast response. I don't have a server with them atm cuz of my exams. As soon as they are over, I'm back with them ;)
 
Would it not be an idea to advise customers BEFORE doing any maintenance work?

That would at least stop the ticket generation, and show customers you know what you are doing and are concerned about their business, and others, in the future.

Just an outsiders observation.
 
Thats true SpookyLady, a email should be good. But for small maintainance like for 2 hours or so, its not needed. As far as I remember, they always email us before there is a big downtime.
 
All scheduled Maintenance Are informed earlier to all customers.But in some critical circumstances, we have to do Un-scheduled maintenance.

Inconvenience Is regretted

But , Just wanna Say , Its only for our Esteemed Customers for getting Optimum Performance and Better results.
