You can do try Rapidleechhost Premium Uploaders Plan For Proper Speed On HF/FS/RS/MU. Uploading speed is also Quite Good except MU Uploading. MU upload speed is limited to 500 Kb -2MBps.

I am a Loyal Client of rapidleechhost.com.
Actually a Special HOTFILE ADDON should be bought with Hosting for HOTFILE Premium Download , normally HOTFILE is Not supported with there Hosting.

I am ALso using this HOTFILE addon with Premium Uploader plan and I am fully satisfied with there Service
