I'm here to attract some attention, as those guys won't reply me in private conversations so i thought i might attract some attention in public place. 
They refused to give me a refund of $40, tht they promised to give me on 3rd March. Never the less they delayed me sometime , said they will give in 2 days. I didnt asked thm again thinking that a genuine business man keeps his word. Well its 7th March, i talked with them and told thm tht i will start a dispute if they didnt gave me till today.
But still in vain , im waiting,
And the other guy , kushubham9 lol he doesnt even says anything, guess to scared.
I have many other proofs lying in my yahoo archive and i havent started a dispute till now. I dont wanna spoil any1's paypal account and the hard earned money in it.
So i will wait 24 hrs more, and if i get the money back in my account thn its cool, otherwise i will started a dedicated thread for this purpose and a paypal dispute
[Hint: I have proof that kushubham9 said that he wants to scam me , and that i cant do anything]

I take my complaint back, he refunded me ASAP.
I guess i did attracted some attention.
Anyways, thanks shubhank008 but i still dont trust kushubham9 .
