they took 5$ from my account on RapidGator this morning under that 'explanation'

Simple, the buyer change his/her mind on buying premium from rapidgator. So he/she demanded money back.

it doesnt have anything to do maybe with copyright infragm.?

I wrote to them and they said that they received chargeback for one of transaction which been made via my account

How is it possible to take me away the 5$ when i didnt even receive them?
My payings are per download not per sale?
