registering new account dont solve ur problem mate . Its just what ever server file gets it goes to tht server randomly and if u have bad luck like i had for 3 days 95 % of my files went to non counting server and all my hard work was in vain

I'm only affiliate. My old files wchich are on pr1-9 count well, and also new files wchich are on pr24,27 has problem with counting. But if I see that people posting that thing:

to download a file (after waiting for 30 seconds and put capcha)

I can't believe what I see they changed "file not found" to "Copyright infringement", now random, legal parts of files are being deleted from broken servers due to copyright infringement, actually that is funny .

i have start using RG for a while now, everyday i notice many files have zero counts.
it is very obvious that it is your system that is having the problem, pls fix asap.

^ Deleting files with 0 downloads and reuploading them will help you.
Some servers actually don't count download, such as pr18.

today all my files upload have zero counts? only six but
it is not possible to have zero counts cause they are from a series and everyday each episode has at least 40-50 downloads.
these files are assign to faulty servers that cannot be download or they are downloaded but not count?
any support for rapidgator? or are you going to just ignore this serious problems everyone is trying to tell you
