I believe its a bug, and I also believe they will not fix it. Like they didnt fix "all sales are rebills".

Why does a Mobile Application from a large download page make no sense... it only harms the uploader... selling premiums at 4.5 dollars that are returned super fast?

Its their fault and they know it but they wont fix it. Instead they are going to charge from uploaders.
I havent had a single 4$ sale for a long time again I get 8 refunds and a neative balance in my account,Now I owe RG money now. They delibrately lagging the support website and cant even open a ticket.
They srated to steal from us with 4$ fee from btc payout and now these BS refunds.
And sales are totally stuck now of you check.downloads too.

It may be that they have had problems with Google Pay or some hacker has been trying to buy premiums from some Mobile Script with Google Pay and stolen cards... or fraudulent ones and then RESELL THEM.
Anyway... about the refunds... I find it very strange, just like you... contact them, they usually take 48 hours to respond... but I also find everything strange.
