Let's agree to disagree. What's the point of giving RG shit on here, although there are no officials from RG here.
01.01 - 01.24 = 24 Days
46 Sales, 6 of it rebills
1 day without sale out of 24 days.
Refund problem migh occur to many of us in January for some reason, one of it might be that some people got christmas money or something like that in december. Some bought premium accounts for 1 month and decided to cancel their premium 'subscription'
Which ends to refunds, to all of us. I have 2 refunds in January. Happens in all business
Comparing ddownload to rapidgator is also wrong, I actually love ddownload, they're amazing as fuck. Don't get me wrong. It's my hoster of choice. The difference is, 1 year premium on Ddownload you get for 50$ while 1 year premium on RG is around 100$.
1 year premium on RG = 100$ = 12 TB bandwith
1 year premiun on ddownload = 50$ = 36 TB bandwith
People will chose ddownload over RG when it comes to it, because it's cheaper and you have more download traffic
Again... I enjoy working with rapidgator, it does it's job, support replies within 1-2h and they even give us free traffic once in a while. From my side I'm really happy with rapidgator and also ddownload.
