What type of content did you upload? Is it new acc or old?

Books and courses. I used my account for at least a year now.

Probably you do something wrong, I see no reason to block account for books and courses, even uploaded.net dont block for them.

I already submitted a ticket couple of hours ago and still no response

In books, yes. I constantly reupload books but I only do it twice, if a file has been removed a second time I wait for about a week or two then reupload the file again. For courses I wait for about a month before uploading or if someone ask for a reupload.

The time that my account has been blocked is kinda unusual. The site that I'm working on is down so no one can download my files. All I was doing at that time was to upload files.
