This is not correct. A few days ago i had 1-year premium rebill from file i was upload last week.

This happen Cause Other users Renew his account through your link Thats why its showing in Rebill

Correct Thing is File deleted mean no rebill

You mean, if I wanna renew my premium and i have your old RG link (and file is not availible anymore), when i use that link to renew my account, there is no rebill for you? I understand now.
