Well, their FAQ isn't really clear about it. For me it was like this: at the end of one week there appeared a planned payment under payments, it's delayed by four weeks and paid on the Thursday that follows that 4 weeks. If you have entered a valid Bitcoin address you don't need to alter your settings to get the coins, just wait it out.

Actually, your traffic is too weak for regular sales.
