There's not enough servers or storage space that's why they don't check DMCA complaints and delete files automatically and even though they earn more than 100k per month they don't want to buy more servers...they opt to keep money in their pocket rather than invest in their needs. Just be little bit persuasive and pretend to be someone from DMCA and RG will delete any file by your request, you don't have to speak english good....
