You can't compare 11/02 with 11/01, You have to compare it with 12/01. RG premium account it's 30 days not 31!!
And for Rebill You have to wait another 2 months because it was a Rebill for 2 accounts of 90 days!

RG just made 2 groups.
1. Non-shave
2. Shave

I've found the trick (at least for me).
They have active his shaving system in a period between 6 to 8 hours. According to my time zone affects last 8 hours before the day is over.
