i am facing too many problem in last 3 days with RG with upgrading premium and also uploading files,opening site i have to tried 2 time upgrade my account with visa credit card but i am not success i am so sad that what happning with Rg

when someone purchases a premium account and renews the premium account, that is known as a rebill. For eg: I purchase a premium account for one month with ur referral/link - its a sale. After one month I renew my account - thats a rebill.
