when i try to login to my account today, it won't login, then i use password recovery, and they send me the new password to my email, and it did not work also ??!!!!!

why this strange thing happen with me ??

please any one can help ?? i got a lot of files in my account that i used in my site

maybe your accout is hacked or more likely was banned by rapidgator. the same thing happened to me once when i was banned, changing password didnt help at all. I had to contact support to unban me, because it was a mistake from their side. After several messages they gave my account back. (took 2 weeks, and many messages) But you have to be patient, because their response time is 2-3 days.

or maybe its just a bug, and will pass... but considering that changing password doesnt work, it looks like a ban.

if my account hacked, why is the hacker did not change my email ??

my email still get the new password recovery, but it did not work !! :thumbdown:

i forgot to tell that my ftp account information still work fine !!

i send a massage to support and waiting

can you tell me when your account were hacked is your email can get the password recovery ???

the same happened to me when i was banned, FTP worked, login on their website: did NOT.

I asked for a new password, arrived in email, but didnt work either :) No matter how many times i asked a new one.

as i said its more likely you were banned by rapidgator (than hacked).

Just try to figure out and discuss with them why they banned you. Not easy because first probably you will get bot reply. Be patient and try to write them again and again. Soooner or later your message will get to a human being :)

yes they did tell me, but the reason was not true, they judged on file names, but didnt look into that file. And no the reason wasnt DMCA, it was "child porn" which was funny, cuz actually im not even a porn uploader :) But the name of the file that i uploaded, was misleading. Now im more careful when i give names of my files.
