you should see "buy premium account with balance" button under your balance if you reached at lest 15$

Do remote uploaded files in RG have any problem in free downloading. many of my downloaders are complaining that file is not fully downloaded 100 mb file got 50 mb or less and incomplete download and while downloading thru idm it says idm will download web page.
