i just noticed that they extended my premium account till 9-2015 + 20TB Storage & 24 TB BW ... without even asking for that :wacko: !!!
is it a bug or something or they did that for all uploaders?

I had the same guys. They suddenly made my storage 17 TB from 6 TB it should be according to the plan i was using.
Few days later when i renewed my premium account with money from my balance with Plan Buy PREMIUM (3 TB/6 TB) for 90 days - $24.99, the storage came back again to 6 TB from 17 TB it was before.
It is obvious that it is a bug and RG didn't suddenly decide to give extra GB for storage.
When I renewed my premium account, the storage came back to normal again.
Few days later when i renewed my premium account with money from my balance with Plan Buy PREMIUM (3 TB/6 TB) for 90 days - $24.99, the storage came back again to 6 TB from 17 TB it was before.
It is obvious that it is a bug and RG didn't suddenly decide to give extra GB for storage.
When I renewed my premium account, the storage came back to normal again.

i'm giving them daily sales without using too much storage & i only had premium account (till 23-9-2014) to keep some files alive ... maybe thats why they extended it for another year

the fact that they tell you: IF you earn 10$ on pay per download they will allow you to switch to pay per sale, i have soon 20$ in my account using pay per download, i still can't switch to pay per sale, and they tell me on email i have to earn 10$ with pay per download

Look: Here are some reason why they Die:
1.They dont exist few years its not an very old Filehoster.
2.If you talk about Years then Uploaded.net or Zippyshare maybe but not this Hoster.
3.Payment Problems:They cant payout anymore Regular since Months Delayed Payments.
4.Upload Speed Blocking:They Reduce Randomly Upload not Download! Speeds from some Accounts.(Premium) is this Friendly for Premium Users?
5.Contact Support?Which Support did you mean how many Screenshots will you have for Proof that they close Tickets without answers?! I can Post Maybe 10 of it for Proof.
I can Proof that they Reduce upload Speed from some accounts so People can not anymore Hardcore Upload from some Ips.
This Hoster has his last Days only a question of Time.

3 - Payment problems have all popular file hosts (because of angry DMC agents and some other big fishes),also payment delay is 32 days not months with good reason explained by RG stuff.
4 - The problem is not on RG side it's from other slower filehosts (with less capable servers),also I didn't myself experienced any of this problem in years,only few times remote didn't work,that's all,but hey none of filehosts is perfect 100%
5 - Agree with that, support is slow and not always the correct,let say sometimes robotic answer...
Also it's normal to prevent overload and collapse from some how you called hardcore uploads.
Every serious host do that,otherwise filehosts will be more offline than on,what is the use of that.
This host is in a long road still.
Note: It's not needed to press caps lock on to often without reason.
