download doesn't determine sales...even single download brings sale...don't say that 500-700 download and no sale...it happens
I just notice that rapidgator system for tracking the sales is crediting the sales to the files uploded in your account and once the files are deleted the referred premium sale is deleted from the statistics and hence there is no rebill, and all premium plans at rapigathor are with subscription. I have contacted them about this and they have reply to me twice with diplomatic answer. I will keep you updated once I finish the conversation with them and will post the emails too.
