lolz they r cheating with stats clearly . two of my files above 250 mb were downloaded from france and one got me .02 and other got me .012 . how is tat possible and both of them btw 250-500 mb size range .
they r defenitely cheating with stats and now the ppd rate also down

Agreed. Japan buys LOTS of premiums! It deserves to be in group 1.
