highly doubtful....... current web upload speed I'm getting on DE server is only 0.75mb/s, and a few servers won't connect at all.

Today speeds are CRAP, like they have been for over 1 week, and support doesn't exist... Tickets are closed without reply and without problems being fixed.

wtf, it's new name for PPD or PPD is stopping ?
on profile settings, under the Tariff table it shows only 2 options...
Piece-Rate 0/0 or Piece-Rate 50/50 ..... Maybe new names, or maybe bad news... Have no idea... On top of the bad speeds, support doesn't give a crap about anyone either.... nor here or on their support ticket system.

Pay per Download changes
Dear Affiliates,
From 6 May 2012 We moved many countries to group 1 and 2 and some countries from group 4 to group 3.
Group 1
Belgium, Switzerland, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, United States
Group 2
Andorra, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Canada, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Germany, Spain, France, Ireland, Israel, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Monaco, New Zealand, Portugal, Qatar, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Africa
Group 3
Argentina, Bulgaria, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Korea, Republic of, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Latvia, Mauritius, Malaysia, Oman, Poland, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine
Group 4

We have evaluated performance of Pay per Download rates and we came to conclusion, that we can't hold current rates anymore, which were highest in the industry.
From 6 May 2012 we are lowering pay per download rates but compensate it by moving some countries from group 4 and 3 to group 2 and 1.
Pay per sale rate will be unchanged.
New pay per download rates:
Group 1
1-49 MB 5$
50-99 MB 10$
100-249MB 15$
250-499 MB 20$
500-999 MB 25$
1000-5000 MB 26$
Group 2
1-49 MB 3$
50-99 MB 6$
100-249MB 9$

Actually.... no, we don't understand.... You lower pay per download rates (A LOT! -- I knew you guys were too good to be true....) and you're not fixing any of the existing problems, like the upload speeds!!! Support tickets are ignored and/or closed without reply....
With these horrible upload speeds FOR PREMIUMS and the new downgrade in PPD rates, you are "looking forward to working with us in the future"...? How about fixing the problems you have in the present?!!!

Hi Lady,
You ticket is closed, because you report same problem 1000 times per day. We are aware of some issues and we are busy with it. And making multiple tickets about same issue does not help at all.
