Question Regarding Paypal Account

Hello Everyone

My question is can i use a verified paypal account anywhere in world. My brother has paypal verified account can i use it for transactions in Pakistan ? i know paypal dont allow Pakistan but account is absolutely verified can i make transactions with it ?

Now I'm very sorry for being a little harsh on you, but this question has been answered a million of Times before by members here, Yahoo! Questions, Google, Forums and pretty much everyone else around this great circle of the Internet.

Let's say your brother lives in USA, in this case PayPal would be supported and he would be able to use it if he is eligible for it, meaning he has to be over 18 years old.
Unless your State or Country supports PayPal, you won't be able to use it!
