question for seo plugins..

Hello.
I wonder something... i have 2 sites with almost same content.. in one of this site i use seo plugin all in one.. in other one i don`t use any seo plugin... this 2 sites are started almost the same time.
When i check google analytics i found i have better traffic in site without seo plugin.. almost 2 times better traffic..
Any idea why is that? Idea of seo plugin is to bring better traffic for my site but in my case this is not true..
Do you believe this seo plugins worth it ?

u need to configure the plugin !

btw, use "seo by yoast" and hire (RT) to make u on site seo

Other question please.
So i have installed Plugin: BWP Google XML Sitemaps and this is Activated.
Also i have All in on Seo plugin but inside this plugin i have option XML Sitemaps which is Deactivate

So my question is what i have to do.. to use BWP Google XML Sitemaps and keep XML Sitemaps in Seo all in one deactivate or deactivate plugin BWP Google XML Sitemaps and Activate XML Sitemap from All in one Seo plugin ? Or something else ?
