Can i pay with Payza/AlertPay when i dont have a verified creditcard? I only created a personal acc and a friend would like to send me an amount of money to pay my invoice.

yeah you can easily do that, i never verified my account they don't care, well don't know how they'll react now but don't think there should be any problem.
