In payment history, there's a transaction for:

however, I never received the money. I also issued a support ticket back in November, but never received a response. I sent several replies but was ignored.
 
Has anyone been able to purchase a queenshare premium account lately?

My account is about to expire in 10 days. I tried to purchase a premium account with my credit card, but it failed twice.
 
I just spent $55 to purchase a 6 month Premium Account for Queenshare and when I went to extend my account, I pasted the code that was provided. However, after I clicked on Apply, all of my files were deleted. Used space:0.00 GB ( TB) of 4883. That used to say about 4876 GB. I also have another premium account with Queenshare. I extended that account by using the balance that I earned with their affiliate program. After I clicked on "extend by 30 days", all of my files were deleted. Queenshare has a bug in their system.
