I was hoping that the OP could help me with a problem I have. Recently, my premium account somehow was converted into a free account even though I still had 219 days left in it. As a result, 50,000 of my files are gone.
I tried to submit a support ticket six times, but each time, it gets...
I just spent $55 to purchase a 6 month Premium Account for Queenshare and when I went to extend my account, I pasted the code that was provided. However, after I clicked on Apply, all of my files were deleted. Used space:0.00 GB ( TB) of 4883. That used to say about 4876 GB. I also have...
Has anyone been able to purchase a queenshare premium account lately?
My account is about to expire in 10 days. I tried to purchase a premium account with my credit card, but it failed twice.
In payment history, there's a transaction for:
2013-10-18
$44.59
PAID
however, I never received the money. I also issued a support ticket back in November, but never received a response. I sent several replies but was ignored.
I sent RG an email asking them about the downtime, this was their response:
"We are terribly sorry, but our site was under DDOS attack. The issue is fixed by now and everything should work fine."
However, I still can't access their site.
Actually, I just sent Hotfile an email asking them about the download limit and this was their response:
"There is no daily limit. There is a monthly size for appropriate usage from single IP.
Try to not go over 120 GB for a month."
Hotfile said that we need to enter this info in (Payment Info) Wire: - your name and address (country and city) - your bank name and address (country and city) - your account number and swift Also, to receive a wire transfer, you need to have at least $1000 in your account.
Would Bitshare be good as a backup file host? It has 10Tb storage, files last forever, and daily download limit is 155GB. Their 730 days premium plan for $99 seems pretty decent.
