Hi, You can redirect WordPress or Joomla by using plugin .
It is very easy ... just install plugin ..

There is a plugin called wptouch.
They have a free version with limitations.
It allows you to turn your wordpress blog in to mobile friendly blog. If your site is not wordpress based I don't know any ways but I am sure the solution is just a quick google search away

I recommend not redirecting mobile users homie. Just make your original website responsive and everybody will see the same thing on every device. Mobile redirecting is corny and outdated. Responsive is the future my dude. Hit me up if you need help with allat.
