I'm facing lot of problems with upload button (simple upload, not remote). Sometimes it just doesn't want to react on my clicks and I can't upload the file

we pay Paypal or AlertPay on the 5th of every months for the previous months traffic. If the fifth is a weekend we will pay either the Friday or the Monday.
 
it is the 5th. and last time we were trying out to speed up the process accounting had to work overtime to make it to that deadline.
