Puriture is one of the next sexies skins that i loved making and its amazing. Has a very light fell for you light skin lovers and loaded with awesome customizations .

Enables custom CSS to be used by BarakaDesigns.Com - This Redirects VB 4 and Mods to use additional.css if they are not coded too.

not sure what you mean but if your stating for the skin/xml to made for your needs via only 4.0.0 version only then no that will not be possible. It's only available for the latest vBulletin 4.1.4 soon vB 3.8.x
