Hiring PSD to WP converter.

I have a PSD which has to be converted to WP.
Not actually converted but I have a premade themeforest wordpress and I need to code the look of the PSD over it (not much difference only background pattern, css,font,placement changes) while maintaining the current functionality. I would have done it but my exams are really close so I am outsourcing it.

Need this done within 24 hours.
Budget is around $90-$125 ($125 if done before midnight according to GMT+5:30). Both the PSD and the premade wordpress theme is fairly simple.

If done correctly then I will hire you as my permanent WP coder.
