The design has attached in a .JPG format on which the person has to work on. There isn't anything difficult about the website. The only troubleshooting part is embedding https://vine.co/ videos on the website.

The left navbar area will consist of company pages such as Home - Recent Vines - Popular Vines - Explorer/Categories - so basic WordPress functionality required with this menu. (including adding the small icon for the sidebar nav menu)
The navigation menu should be editable from the menus section of the WordPress Admin Area.
We need to be able to add new category pages quickly & easily from within the WordPress admin area.
The area of the homepage needs to be a slider, so that multiple popular vines can be chosen to be homepage featured at once.
Please note that I don't want to use any single plugin.
Theme Basic Functions:
- Slider on Home Page which display popular vines with filtering option by default it will show today’s popular vines
- Infinite Scroll
- Most Popular Page function by filtering this week - this month - all time - by default it will show all time vines.
- Post Views will be display on single.php
- Pinterest style post box
- Footer over lapping
- 9gag style sidebar last widget or any content should be sticky.
