Problem with WHMCS on Local (XAMPP)

Hi guys
I installed a nulled WHMCS 4.1.2 on XAMPP !
Everything's fine but the problem is that I bought a whmcs skin , I could Install it on my server and It's worked but on XAMPP server I just installed it and I can choose but nothing work !!!
Please Help Me !

one word dont use nulled WHMCS its not safe better dont open a company on nulled bas WHCMS

I told on XAMPP !!!B-)
They r just for test nothing else !!!

PHP: 5.2.4 is installed on both of them !!!

why would you test whmcs on your local computer?

just buy a shared hosting plan from $1, and test it there. :D

if you want to run whmcs on your local computer, create a dual boot system with centos and windows, install kloxo on centos.
but that's to hard.

try enabling some of the php & apache modules that are required to run WHMCS & the skin that you installed.
