Probation Message, not configured correctly?

I get the feeling there is supposed to be a more substantial message, it would be nice to know in what ways "Probation" limits me, I've noticed I can't post in certain sections

Thank you for notifying us, we'll fix it.

The notice states that you must make 4+ posts and are registered for 48 hours to move out of the probation group.

Glad to be of help, these new registration things can be hard to catch as your regulars will never see them and newcomers don't tend to be in the reporting mood and thus no one reports them

I also noticed this and clicked their to know the message .Now I understand this is a bug .
