There's the risk that RS could delete the points. It pays some, but others have had problems. And even if it does pay, it takes a long time to do so.

Very good answer, Anja. If you buy those accounts, the only guarantee you'll have is that you can sell Premium accounts (if you're fast).

But cash is not a sure thing. That's why I assume the OP wants to rid of it this way.
